Treading and Finning:
Monday’s 12:05 p.m. – 12:50 p.m.
This is not your typical water fitness class! Treading and Finning is a 45-minute deep-water cardio aerobics class that targets your legs and core. This class is designed to be challenging, and a great workout. Float belts are not used in this class, so knowing how to swim is required.
Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 7:00-a.m. – 7:45a.m.
This class is for all abilities and ages. This is a high intensity, low impact shallow water workout, which focuses on cardio conditioning, muscle strength and toning and flexibility. Participants will use a variety of equipment from resistance gloves, hand weights, noodles and many more.
Wednesday’s 12:05 p.m. – 12:50 p.m.
A deep water workout ideal for those wanting a vigorous high impact, intense cardiovascular, strength training workout. Combined with overall muscle toning, strengthen core muscles using the resistance of the water and improve cardio-vascular conditioning. Participants will use a variety of equipment from resistance gloves, hand weights, belts, noodles and many more.
Wednesday’s 6:15 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Known as the Zumba “pool party,” the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, and even shouting and music make up this 45 minute workout!
