Tuesday’s & Thursday’s 7:00 a.m. -7:45 a.m.
This is a deep and shallow water class for all abilities and ages. This is a high intensity, low impact workout, which focuses on cardio conditioning, muscle strength and toning and flexibility. Participants will use a variety of equipment from resistance gloves, hand weights, noodles and many more.
