A deep water workout ideal for those wanting a vigorous high impact, intense cardiovascular, strength training workout. Combined with overall muscle toning, strengthen core muscles using the resistance of the water and improve cardio-vascular conditioning. Participants will use a variety of equipment from resistance gloves, hand weights, belts, noodles and many more.
Tuesday’s & Thursday’s 7:00 a.m. -7:45 a.m.
This is a shallow water class for all abilities and ages. This is a high intensity, low impact shallow water workout, which focuses on cardio conditioning, muscle strength and toning and flexibility. Participants will use a variety of equipment from resistance gloves, hand weights, noodles and many more.
Cost: $20 per semester or $30 for the academic year . First week is free!
