Fees

Miller Fitness Center

Reynolda Campus Affiliate Membership Fees:
Yearly Pass: $240
Fall or Spring semester pass: $100 per semester
Summer semester pass: $80

All payments may be made by cash or a check made out to “Campus Recreation.”

Non-Wake Forest affiliates may access the facility only if they are accompanied by a current Wake Forest Reynolda Campus student, faculty or staff member (host) after paying a $5/day or $20/week guest fee at the front desk and signing a waiver. (Limit- 2 guests per Reynolda Campus University host affiliate per semester).

Group Fitness Classes

In order to participate in a group fitness class, you must purchase a pass.  Group Fitness passes are available for students, faculty, staff and affiliates of the Wake Forest Reynolda Campus only.

Single Class Pass: $3
*The single class pass is good for admission to one class.

Unlimited Group Fitness Pass: This pass is good for admission to an unlimited number of group fitness classes.  The pass is good only for the current semester and is nontransferable.

Annual Group Fitness Pass (valid August, 2015 – August, 2016): $110

Fall Group Fitness Pass (valid August 31, 2015 – December 18, 2015): $40

Spring Group Fitness Pass: $40

One Summer Session Group Fitness Pass: $20

Both Summer Sessions Group Fitness Pass: $30

Group Fitness Passes are non-refundable.

All payments may be made by cash or a check made out to “Campus Recreation.”  Deacon Dollars are accepted as payment for fitness classes August 25 – September 3, 2015 from 5-8pm in Reynolds Gym 214.

 

Reynolds Gymnasium

Non-Wake Forest affiliates may access the facility only if they are accompanied by a current Wake Forest student, faculty or staff member (host).  Limit- 2 guests per University host affiliate and guests must sign in at circulation control areas (Security Desk or Lifeguard Desk) before using the facility.  Hosts must accompany their guest at all times.

Sports Equipment Checkout

Equipment checkout is available for students, faculty and staff of the Wake Forest University Reynolda Campus. To checkout equipment, you must exchange your Wake Forest ID card for the piece of equipment desired. The Welcome Desk of Campus Recreation will keep your card until the equipment is returned. If checking out a basketball, each ball is numbered, and that number must be returned in order to recover your card.

A $4/ item/ day  fee is assessed for all equipment rented/ kept overnight.  Please contact Taylor Book, Assistant Director of Competitive Sports to reserve equipment for overnight rental.

Intramural Sports Leagues

  • Team Registration varies by major sport, minor sport, individiual/dual sport.

*$5 additional fee applies when making online payments through imleagues.com.
