Who Can Use The Facilities?
Campus Recreation is housed in two main buildings on campus: Reynolds Gymnasium and the Miller Center. Current students, faculty and staff of the Wake Forest University Reynolda Campus (including employees of Graylyn and Reynolda House) have full access to recreational facilities on the Reynolda Campus. They are entitled to use the facilities whenever the fields, gyms, pool etc. are not reserved for classes, intramural sports, club sports or special events. At no charge, current faculty and staff, spouses or dependents of students, faculty and staff of the Reynolda Campus may gain access to the Reynolds Gymnasium facilities.
Only current students, benefits eligible faculty and staff of the Wake Forest University Reynolda Campus have access to the Miller Fitness Center at no charge. Affiliates of the Reynolda Campus are eligible to purchase a membership for a fee.
Family Passes for Reynolds Gymnasium
At no charge, spouses or dependents of students, faculty and staff of the Reynolda Campus may gain access to the Reynolds Gymnasium facilities. The sponsor can obtain the pass from Reynolds Gym Rm. 214 ( Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m). The pass gives access to: Rec Gymnasiums, pool, racquetball courts, and available exercise equipment.
The pass will only be valid for one semester. With this pass, spouses or dependents are not eligible to play in intramural sports or participate in group fitness classes. Dependents may receive a pass until 23 yrs of age. All dependents under the age of 18, must be accompanied by their adult sponsor at all times. Note: possession of a family pass for the Reynolds Gymnasium does not give access to the Miller Fitness Center.
**Pass holders must have an additional ID on person at all times**
Reynolda Campus student/ faculty/ or staff members may sponsor up to two (2) guests at a time. The guest must be accompanied by their sponsor at all times. Guests are required to sign in at Reynolds Gymnasium.
