Do you want to take your training to the next level? Try one of our Small Group Training classes. Join our instructor and fellow participants in a 4-8 week program designed to challenge and gradually advance your fitness skills in a particular area of training. These classes will focus on a specialized format, individual progression and skill development.
Classes meet during specified dates and times and consistent attendance is suggested.

Session B: Tuesdays (11am – 12pm)
Session C: Thursday (7:30am – 8:30am)
Session D: Thursdays (11am – 12pm)
Session E: Fridays (12:30pm – 1:30pm)

Ladies who Lift is a small group training class that meets once a week for 4 weeks. This class is designed for women of all fitness levels.
