Small Group Training



High Intensity Interval Training

HIIT TVA thirty minute class with short bursts of high-intensity exercises followed by periods of recovery, burning more calories in a shorter amount of time.  You control the pace and the workout.  Bring a towel, water bottle and an I CAN attitude.  Limit 16 participants.  TRY before you BUY- FREE

Indoor:  Miller Center, 4th floor

Outdoor: Miller walkway near Anthropology, use stairs leading to track

Semester Pass:  Unlimited classes $40;  Class Pass:  $3.00/ class


Couch to 5K

Group Training Running Program

This course provides training, workouts, moral support and the motivation you need to begin a personal running program.  Learn training techniques, key elements of pace, injury prevention,  as well as pre-and post- running tips for success.


Register NOW through September 12th in the Miller Fitness Center

Begins:  September 19th – November 17th

Session Time(s):  Monday and Thursday from 1-2pm or 4-5 pm

Session Training:  Meet twice per week at the preferred time of your choice
