Small Group Training is the newest addition to Wake Forest Fitness! Join your coach and fellow participants in a 4-8 week program designed to challenge and gradually advance your fitness skills in a particular area of training.
The small fee associated with SGT allows for the consistency of training utilized by our personal training program. This fee is separate from that for group fitness (i.e. If you only participate in SGT, you only pay the fee for that class. If you participate in SGT and Group Fitness, you must pay both fees).
Classes meet during specified dates and times and consistent attendance is suggested- this program is designed with the intention of accommodating participants who can commit to regularly attending class.
