Online Coaching

Looking for a personalized workout and training plan, but not able to commit the time or expense to one-on-one training?  Look no further than Wake Fitness’ own “Online Coaching” program!  Choose from three tiers of individualized online programming.  Each option includes an initial consultation, where you will meet your trainer before they begin working with and programming for you and varied levels of training and communication.  There is something for everyone- check it out below!

Tier IA

  • Initial consultation in person or via Skype
  • Weekly written personalized programming
    • Includes two strength-style workouts per week

Tier IB

  • Initial consultation in person or via Skype
  • Weekly written personalized programming
    • Includes 3-4 strength-style training workouts per week depending upon goals
    • Includes instruction for “off” days as well as training day
  • Bi-monthly in person or Skype progress meetings

Tier II

  • Initial consultation in person or via Skype
  • Weekly written personalized programming
    • Includes 3-5 strength-style training workouts per week depending upon goals
    • Includes instruction for “off” days as well as training day
    • Includes availability to email and/or text coach at any time with training questions
  • Nutrition suggestions
    • Includes nutrition packet
  • Monthly in person or Skype progress meeting

Tier III

  • Initial consultation in person or via Skype
  • Weekly written personalized programming
    • Includes 3-5 strength-style training workouts per week depending upon goals
    • Includes instruction for “off” days as well as training day
    • Includes availability to email and/or text coach at any time with training questions
    • Includes video analysis of movements when needed
  • Nutrition suggestions
    • Includes nutrition packet
    • Includes availability to email and/or text coach at any time with training questions
  • Weekly in person or Skype progress meeting
