Current Students, Faculty and Staff
All current students, faculty and staff of the Reynolda campus have free access to the Miller Fitness Center via their Wake Forest Deacon One ID cards.
Retired faculty have free access to the Miller Center, but they must complete a registration form and obtain a valid WF ID card from the Deacon One card office.
Individuals belonging to other Wake Forest campuses, including the medical campus DO NOT have access.
Spousal and Dependent Memberships
Spouses, live-in partners and dependents (age 16 and over) of current students, faculty and staff members of the Reynolda campus may access the Miller Fitness Center by way of a yearly fee. Any dependent individual under the age of 18 must have their guardian present during access and usage of the fitness center.
New members are able to begin the registration process by completing the New Member Registration Form online or by visiting the Miller Fitness Center welcome desk. In order to finalize registration both the Wake Forest Reynolda campus student, faculty or staff member and their affiliate (prospective member) needs to visit the Fitness Center to process membership. The new member then reports to the Deacon One Card office to obtain a valid photo ID card for Fitness Center access only.
Returning members seeking to renew membership can complete the Membership Renewal Form online or visit the Miller Fitness Center welcome desk. Upon payment of membership fee, the member’s Deacon One card will update allowing for access.
Non- Wake Forest affiliates may access the facility only when accompanied by a current Wake Forest Reynolda campus affiliate. The costs are: $5.00/day, $20.00/week. All guests must sign in using the Guest Log and complete a Waiver and Release of Liability Form. Guests must abide by the age requirements outlined above.
Summer Conference Attendee Policy
Summer conference attendees may have access to the Miller center for the same rate as guests ($5.00/day or $20.00/week). They do not need to be accompanied by a current Wake Forest Affiliate. They must sign in using the Summer Conference Guest Log and complete a Waiver and Release of Liability form. Summer conference attendees need to pre-register for entrance a week prior to arrival by emailing Rebekah Sarbone, at with a list of all attendees. Payment may be made on the first day of use. Summer conference attendees must abide by the age requirements outlined above.
Wake Forest Alumni are allowed access to the Miller fitness center on a case-by-case basis. Requests are to be submitted each semester. Please email Rebekah Sarbone, to submit a request. Please include: year of graduation, reason for request. Alumni fees: Fall $130, Spring $130, Summer $110. Limited to the first 15 alumni members per semester. Alumni hours: Alumni are allowed to utilize the fitness center and facilities all hours EXCEPT 4:00 PM- 8:00 PM Monday-Friday. Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in removal of facility privileges. In this situation, fees will not be refunded.
